Mr. Paul Satchfield has served at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise since 2003 and has been the Turnpike’s Program Management Administrator since 2013.

As the SunTrax Program Manager, Paul brings his nearly 20 years of highway transportation experience to overseeing the right-of-way, design and construction of America’s new center for transportation advancement in Florida.

Paul is a champion of innovation at the Turnpike. From spearheading the $9 million acquisition of the facility’s 475-acre property, to establishing key partnerships, Paul’s leadership has ensured SunTrax has evolved from concept to reality.

Paul has led the research and industry outreach for SunTrax resulting in insight from and relationships with automakers, tier-one suppliers, tech firms and other CAV proving ground groups - both nationally and internationally.
